14位125Msps模數轉換器ADS5500及其應用:摘要：ADS5500是美國德州儀器公司（TI）生產的一款高采樣率、高精度、易使用的14位模數轉換器。簡易的并行數字輸出數據接口可方便地與數字信號處理器（DSPs）連接。主要針對需要高精度測量和高速數據采樣的場合，例如無線通信、通信接收器、基站基礎設備、測試測量儀表、單和多通道數字接收器、通信儀表、雷達和紅外技術、視頻圖像處理以及醫療設備等方面。文中介紹了ADS5500的性能特點、內部結構、引腳排列和設計考慮，并對其在視頻信號處理方面的應用作了簡要說明。

14-Bit, 125 MSPS A/D Converter ADS5500 and Its Application
Abstract: The ADS5500 is a 14-bit analog-to-digital converter by Texas Instrument in U.S.A for high-speed, high-precision, and ease of use. The digital output data is provided over a simple parallel interface that easily connects to DSPs. It aims at mainly the applications which need high-precision measurement and high-speed data gathering, such as wireless communication, communication receivers, base station infrastructure, test and measurement instrumentation, single and multichannel digital receivers, radar and infrared, video and imaging, medical equipment and so on. This paper introduces the performance, internal structure, pin descriptions and application consideration, and illuminates an application in video signal processing in brief.
